Study on High Performance Piezoelectric Ceramics
High-performance piezoelectric ceramics are the material basis for the production of piezoelectric motors, piezoelectric transformers, vortex flowmeters and other piezoelectric devices. According to the requirements of piezoelectric devices on the physical properties of piezoelectric ceramics, the ternary piezoelectric ceramics PMN-PZT, PMS-PZT, PZN-PZT and quaternary piezoelectric ceramics PMS-PZN-PZT, PMS-PMN-PZT and PZN-PMN-PZT based on lead zirconate-titanate piezoelectric ceramics (PZT) were studied by a large number of experiments.
